Around 2:30 this morning, a gathering of at least 50 people formed near a Shell gas station near Walnut Street in Over-the-Rhine. People were seen standing on top of cars, singing, and pretty much doing everything the Governor of the State of Ohio, Mike DeWine, has ordered us not to do.
Multiple videos surfaced documenting the event, but the one most widely spread was uploaded by the YouTube username Just Dredre around 10:30 this morning. The video has almost 90k views.

The man filming the video is Rashann Davis, and he is now in police custody. He was arrested on Prohibited Violations, which is a second-degree misdemeanor.
FOP#69 President, Daniel Hils posted this statement on social media at 5 pm.
"The Cincinnati community needs your help now!
We need to come together and tell Judge Berry how important our health and safety is. Many of us have seen the video with that selfish idiot cheerleader of the street party in Over the Rhine last night. This seriously misguided fool is bragging about putting us all in harm’s way. The behavior this subject, Rashaan Davis, is promoting will also keep us each inside and alienated longer.
Well the Cincinnati P.D. has just locked him up and we need this moron, Mr. Davis, to stay in jail as long as possible! That is where you each come in. Judge Ted Berry is the current duty judge who will set the bond. Please comment and to let the judge hear from each of you how imperative this is to our community."
